Daily Resort Charge

A resort charge of 30 USD* per night, per unit, plus taxes will be added to room cost at check-out for all reservations at Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa Kauai by Outrigger®.  
Daily Resort Charge and inclusions are subject to change without notice. Resort charge includes the following services: 

Guest parking
Wi-Fi in guest rooms, suites, and throughout resort
Long-distance phone calls
Use of in-room safe
Crib on request
Luggage storage
Access to the business center 8 am - 4 pm
Access to fitness center
Access to barbecue grills
Reception desk 9 am - 7 pm daily

*Effective January 1, 2025, the Daily Resort Charge will be $45 + tax per night

Damage Protection Charge

We want you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest extent, but we also realize that accidents can happen. Our damage protection program is designed to give you peace of mind during your stay with us.

Under this program, a mandatory non-refundable $59 Damage Protection Charge* will be added to the total cost of your reservation. The charge protects you from incurring expenses related to accidental damage inside the apartment during your stay, up to a maximum of $2,000. Any damages that exceed $2,000 will be charged to you directly.

In the event of an accident, please immediately report damage in writing to the manager. This should be done prior to checking out.

Exclusions:

• Damage related to an intentional, willful, reckless, or grossly negligent act;
• Damage related to a violation of our rental policies; and/or homeowner association house rules

You are also responsible for all damage to your rental unit and its contents occurring during your stay that is not covered by the Damage Protection Charge or exceeds $2,000. By staying at our property and having a valid credit card on file, you authorize us to charge such credit card for any damage that is not covered by the damage protection charge.
