There is no front desk on property at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. Guest check-
in office is located at the nearby Kings’ Shops on the second floor above Tiffany’s. Our office is open daily from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Guests expecting to arrive after 5:00 pm should contact our office at 808-886-0036 to make arrangements for an after-hours arrival.
