Check-In and Unit Access Information
All guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival; there is no front desk on property. Guests must contact the office within 7 days of making your reservation at kcc@outrigger.com or 808-886-0036 to receive important check-in instructions.

No commercial or oversized vehicles, including moving trucks or trailers, may be parked on the premises overnight in open stalls unless authorized by the Managing Agent. Vehicles with visible business logos are considered commercial. Property managers, cleaners, vendors, etc. may park in an unassigned spot with a vendor pass from 7 am - 6 pm.

Remote office hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm daily

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am
