• There is no front desk on property. Guest check-in at Royal Sea Cliff by OUTRIGGER; 75-6040 Ali'i Drive, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740.  Front desk hours are from 7 am to 11 pm. 
• Fully equipped kitchen includes full size refrigerator, stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, cookware and tableware
• Welcome essentials kit includes coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent
• Master bedroom with 1 king bed
• Sofa bed in living room
• Bath amenities include conditioning shampoo, bar soap, hair dryer
• Washer/dryer in unit
• Air conditioning and ceiling fans
• TV with standard cable

Check-In and Unit Access Information: Guest check-in at Royal Seal Cliff by OUTRIGGER located at 75-6040 Ali'i Drive, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740.  Front desk hours are from 7 am-11 pm.  Arrivals after 11 pm must contact the office prior to arrival at kak@outrigger.com or 808-322-7222 to recieve important check-in instructions.  Office is open daily from 9 am - 5 pm. 

Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 11 am.
