The Front Desk and Main Lobby is located on the 5th floor, near the street entrance of the resort.

BBQ grills: There are two large BBQ Grills at the South Pool open daily from 8am-10pm. There is also a BBQ available at the North end of the 3rd floor, near the smoking area. The 3rd floor Grill is open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. For safety reasons barbecue grills are not allowed on the lanai of individual units.
Cleaning service: Housekeeping service can be provided for upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire at the front desk.
Food Delivery: Uber Eats, Door Dash and Domino’s will deliver to the resort front desk. Instacart delivers groceries from Safeway, Costco and Target.
Housekeeping: Your unit was freshly cleaned prior to your arrival. Please contact the Front Desk by dialing 0 if you need anything while you are staying with us.
Laundry: Each unit at the resort has a washer and dryer included. A complimentary starter pack of laundry detergent is located in your unit and additional laundry detergent is available at the Front Desk. One bag will clean two loads of laundry.
Parking: There is no cost for resort parking. You may park in any stall that does not have a posted “No Parking” sign. Stalls with “No Parking” signs are for full time residents of the Royal Sea Cliff. The parking garage is open to all guests and is accessible with a dedicated code provided to you at check in.
Pest control: Hawai‘i has a tropical climate and pests may be present despite our best efforts to stop them. The resort retains a professional pest control service that visits the property monthly to ensure your comfort. Should you have a problem relating to pests, please contact the Front Desk by dialing 0.
Phone & Messages: The phone in your unit is equipped with a voicemail system. If someone leaves a message for you the red message light on your guest room phone will be lit. To access your voicemail, pick up the receiver and dial 3190.
Physicians: Medical care is available in the Kona area. Please contact the Front Desk for further information. If you have a medical emergency, call 9-911 first and then call the Front Desk for additional assistance.
Property security: The resort has a security officer on site and patrolling the grounds between 10pm-6am our guests’ safety. Security may be reached by calling ext. 3120 from a guest room phone or by calling 1-808-333-6917 from a cell phone between the hours of 10pm - 6am.
Recycling: Royal Sea Cliff has an active recycling program. Recycle bags have been left in your unit for you to use along with recycling instructions for our property.
Safety and security: When parking, it is always recommended that you lock your vehicle and remove any valuables from sight. It is also recommended that you lock your unit, including windows and sliding glass doors when leaving or retiring for the evening. We encourage you to store your valuable personal items in the complimentary in-room safe. If you require assistance with operating your safe, please feel free to contact the Front Desk by dialing 0.
Smoking: Royal Sea Cliff is a non-smoking property. This includes inside units as well as balconies, the parking garage and pool areas. There is a designated smoking area on the North end of the 3rd floor parking area, near the BBQ area. A smoking eradication fee of up to $250 will be charged for any violations to this policy.
Trash disposal: See resort map below for trash and recycling room locations. All trash rooms have a chute for bagged trash.

You may notice that a bag with linen has been left outside of your door. The
housekeeper will return to service your unit and use the linen in that bag. If
your “Privacy Please” sign is displayed, we will not enter your unit however the
linen will be left for you to use.
There is a mandatory departure cleaning fee of $264.00/ 1 bedroom and
$314.00/ 2 bedroom (tax not included).
There is a supply of rubbish bags under your kitchen sink. Please place rubbish
and recyclables in the trash corrals closest to your unit.
Should you need additional items during your stay, we will place them in a bag
and hang it on your front door handle or you can stop by the Front Office as
they have a small supply of extra items. Please feel free to contact us if
something is not right so that we can fix it to make sure your stay with us is
relaxing.
Washers and dryers are located on the east end of the property (7a - 9p). No
coins needed. Accepts payment by credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Android
Pay.
Wireless Internet service is complimentary in every unit. If needed, an ether-
net cable is located by the TV.

A copy of the house rules is located in your unit. We thank you for your cooperation.
We recycle all aluminum, glass and plastics. Recycling bins are located by the guest laundry area and beach hut. Recycling bins are also located in each trash corral.
