• $50 charge to guest for lost or damaged towels.
• OUTRIGGER Reef pool use applies to only registered Regency on Beachwalk guests.
  Absolutely no non-registered guest allowed.
• Regency on Beachwalk guests are required to check-in at the OUTRIGGER Reef Towel Hut daily.
• No towels will be accessible from the OUTRIGGER Reef pool. For additional towels call (808) 922-3871.
• All pool towels must be returned to the Regency on Beachwalk by OUTRIGGER. Please place in towel bein located at the Regency on Beachwalk by OUTRIGGER and sign in the total number of towels returned to avoid $50.00 charge.
• No incidental room charges allowed. Food and beverage purchases requires cash or credit card.
• Only flexible swim-aids are permitted.
• All children under 15 must be with an adult.
• Diving strictly prohibited.
• Running and horseplay are prohibited.
• Shirts and shoes required in the OUTRIGGER Reef Resort.
• Glassware is not permitted within the pool area.
• Be aware of depth markings at all times.
• Appropriate swim wear required.
• Report any unsafe conditions or violations to management immediately.
• Individuals assume the risk of any injuries sustained while using the pool facilities.
• Always practice water safety and courtesy.
• All persons using the public swimming pool shall take a cleansing shower before entering the public swimming pool.
  A bather leaving the public swimming pool to use the toilet shall take a second cleansing shower before returning to the public swimming pool.
• Infants and toddlers to prevent contamination of the public swimming pool shall use swim diapers.
• Any person having an infectious or communicable disease shall be excluded from the public swimming pool. Persons having any open blisters, cuts, etc., shall be warned that these are likely to become infected and advised not to use the pool.
• Spitting, spouting of water, or blowing the nose in the public swimming pool shall be prohibited.
• The public swimming pool shall be immediately closed for cleaning in the event of an accidental fecal or vomitus discharge. All bathers shall be ordered to leave the public swimming pool until such substances are removed. A closed system public swimming pool shall be disinfected before the pool is reopened for use. An open system public swimming pool shall be kept closed until it is determined that the water quality meets the standards set by this chapter.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area.
• First come, first serve, no reservations permitted at the OUTRIGGER Reef pool.
• Lounge chairs have a 10-minute empty maximum. Any personal effects left behind will be sent to the Lost and Found location at the OUTRIGGER Reef Resort.
• No outside food or drink including coolers of any kind allowed.
• No Bluetooth, radio, or other common sound devices allowed.

Violation of any of the above-stated items will terminate OUTRIGGER Reef pool access, no exceptions.
