Check-in procedure
Check-in starts at 3 pm
Stop by the front desk at Regency on Beachwalk by OUTRIGGER, just a short 3-minute walk around the corner. The front desk hours are from 7 am to 11 pm, daily.
Check-out procedure
Check-out is by 11 am
Simply leave the room keys and parking remote (if applicable) inside the room on the table. If you have a vehicle, move it to the 1st level parking structure, park in the 10 minute loading zone, return keys and remote to the room.
You can also check out by bringing the keys to the Regency on Beachwalk by OUTRIGGER front desk between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm. Parking is available at Regency on Beachwalk by OUTRIGGER.
House rules
- All security keys and unit keys must be returned upon check-out. A fee of $175.00 will be charged to your account for every set not returned.
- We kindly ask that you do not leave anything outside of your unit. Any items left outside of the unit (i.e. trash, beach chairs, boxes, etc.) will result in a $25.00 fine per item and will be charged to credit card or deposit on file.
- Self parking at Waikiki Shore or OUTRIGGER Regency on Beachwalk is $39.00 per night.
- If you are given a remote clicker for the Waikiki Shore garage, a fee of $100.00 will be charged for any clicker not returned upon departure.
- No unit occupant or guest shall make noise that will disrupt or interfere with the rights, comforts and convenience of other unit occupants or guests. You will be held responsible for all actions and any charges incurred by all persons allowed entry into your unit.
- Any damages or missing items while occupying the unit will be the responsibility of the registered occupant, and will be billed to the credit card on file or deposit.
- Maximum occupancy of your unit must be strictly adhered;
Studios (2 pax), One-Bedroom (4 pax) and Two Bedroom (6 pax) - The parking deck at Waikiki Shore is for registration and short-term visits. Visitor parking is limited to 3 hours per day, per room and guest must register their vehicles at the Waikiki Shore lobby. Any car not registered, staying longer than 3 hours or parked after 1:00 am will be towed at guest's expense.
Guest safety tips
- This is a smoke-free resort condominium. Smoking is not allowed at any time in your unit or on its balcony. A cleaning fee of $1,000 will be imposed on any guest on in compliance.
- Report lost keys immediately.
- A safety deposit box is available in the room for guest to use.
- Always secure door locks when vacating unit or retiring for the night.
- Report suspicious persons.
- Never open the door prior to verifying the person’s identity.
- Please familiarize yourself with the Evacuation Plan located on your condo door.
- Please comply with the resort’s House Rules.
Terms and conditions
Registration and/or room occupancy indicates guest’s acceptance of the following:
- Guest shall be personally responsible and liable for any and all resort or other incidental charges made or incurred by guest or any person occupying the room registered to guest. Guest will also be liable for all or any part of such charges if travel agent, tour group, company or other persons indicated on the registration card or that made the arrangements for the guest fails to make timely payment to the resort.
- Only registered guests or persons authorized by the resort management are allowed in resort rooms. All others can be asked to vacate the premises.
- All rates are subject to Hawaii State Excise Tax and Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax.
- The guest agrees to abide by the House Rules of the Association of Apartment Owners of the resort condominium.
- All local and long distance telephone calls are subject to the resort standard service charges.
- Guest shall supply the resort with such credit information or payment deposits as may be requested by the resort management from time to time. Guests failing to provide such credit information or deposits when requested by the resort management can be asked to vacate the premises.
- All occupancy is subject to Chapter 486K of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, a copy of which is posted prominently in the guest room, and other applicable laws of the State of Hawaii.
- Guest agrees to vacate the accommodations assigned on the departure date, unless the extension time is given in writing by the resort management. If the guest fails to vacate, the resort is authorized by the guest to remove any property within the guest room. Guest hereby releases the resort from any liability in connection with such removal.
- The resort’s liability for loss of guest property, including cash, jewelry, airline tickets, valuables or other personal property is limited by Hawaii’s Innkeeper law, a copy of which is posted in each guest room and is available at the office. All guest rooms contain a security safe, the resort will not be responsible for the loss of any cash, jewelry or other valuables sustained by the guest or anyone occupying the guest’s room
- Guest will be responsible for any damages to the room and/or any other damages caused to the resort property which are incurred during the guest stay. The resort may require immediate payment or a deposit for the estimated amount of such damages. The hotel retains the right to charge the guest for necessary repairs for any damages caused by the guest that are discovered after the guest has departed from the Waikiki Shore by OUTRIGGER.
- This entire property, including but not limited to guestrooms, lanais, hallways, lobby, sidewalks, common areas and parking lot, is smoke free. A cleaning fee of $1,000 will be imposed on any guest not in compliance. Smoking includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, tobacco, marijuana, electronic or other smoking devices, whether for recreational or medical purposes with or without a prescription. Your signature and/or your acceptance of room keys/door code confirms your understanding of this policy.
