Oasis by the Sea is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Wednesday from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Closed on Sunday. 808-822-9332

The Fitness Center is located near the swimming pool and is open from 6:00 am – 11:00 pm. Proper workout attire and shoes are required. Children must be at least 14 years old to use the Fitness Center.

Hawaii is a tropical climate and pests are common due to the year round warm, humid weather. Pest control service is completed on a regular basis to help minimize the presence of pests.

Hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Waterslides open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Check out towels at kiosk on pool deck. A $25 charge will be assessed to your bill for each towel not returned to the kiosk by 6:00 pm on day of check-out.

A UPS Store is available in Waipouli Shopping Center across the street.

Spa by the Sea offers massage, body treatments and chiropractor services. By appointment only 808-823-1488.

Safes are complimentary and located in guest rooms.

Four gas grills are located next to the pool available from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Check out time is 11:00 am. Upon check-out, please ensure you have all your belongings. Housekeeping will take care of cleaning the unit and washing all linens/towels after your departure.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on property. Persons who smoke or permit smoking inside the unit or on the unit’s lanai area will be assessed a smoke eradication fee up to $1,000 USD depending on the unit size at or following check-out. Additional fines will be assessed by the homeowners association to any guests found violating the non-smoking policy.
