Check in
Check in is 3:00 pm. Obtain a parking permit from the Front Desk when you
arrive. Permit should be visible through the windshield of your car. Vehicles
without permits may be towed. (one vehicle per unit)
Check out
Check out is 11:00 am. Please call the Front Desk if you require assistance with
your luggage.
Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service. Guests must launder their own towels
and linen.
Amenity Starter Kit
Some items have been provided for your stay. Should you run out, you will
need to purchase more. Items included but not limited to:
• Coffee – sugar and cream packets
• Paper towels
• Dishwashing soap & sponge/dishwasher pods
• Laundry detergent
• Toilet paper
• Conditioning shampoo/lotion/body soap
Check-in fee of 65 USD will be added to room cost at check-in for all
reservations. Association Check-In Fee is per stay, per condo unit.
Resort fee is 20 USD. Resort fee is per night, per condo unit, taxes included,
and includes: free guest parking, free Internet in guest rooms and lobby, free
luggage storage, access to the beach cabana from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, 3
swimming pools, use of barbecue grills, and reception desk services from 6 am
to 10 pm daily. The resort fee and inclusions are subject to change without no-
tice
A mandatory damage protection charge will be added to room charge at
check-in. Charge is per stay, per condo unit plus tax and is subject to change.
Our beach cabana is located a short stroll away. Hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
daily. Towels, backrests, lounge chairs, kitchen facility and outdoor shower are
available to guests. Shuttle service is available from the Front Desk to the
cabana upon request.
A copy of our house rules is available at the Front Desk. Site managers and
security personnel are responsible for enforcing these rules. We thank you for
your cooperation
Incoming mail is placed in your mailbox by 3:00 pm daily. Please bring outgoing
mail to the Front Desk no later than 11:00 am to ensure pickup. Messages are
indicated by a flashing light on your phone. Please press the message button
located on your phone to retrieve your messages.
Since Hawaii has a tropical climate, pests may be present due to the warm, humid weather. We retain a professional pest control service to ensure your
comfort. When the lanai door is open, please use screen door to keep pests
out. Should you have a problem, please contact the Front Desk.

The resort has four gas barbecues for your convenience. Please refer to the
resort map for locations. Barbecue use is permitted until 8:00 pm. Charcoal
barbecues are not permitted.
In an effort to conserve electricity, your air conditioning unit will automatically
turn off if the lanai door is left open for more than 2 minutes. We request your
help to conserve energy by: Turning off your lights and TV before leaving your
unit. Close the drapes before leaving your unit. Close the drapes in the
afternoon to help keep your unit cool.
Operates daily 10:00 am – 10 pm. Serving all Kā‘anapali hotels, golf courses
and Whalers Village Shopping Center and The Fairway Shops.
Hawaii Act 295 prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas
open to the public. The law also prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any
entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes that serve an
enclosed or partially enclosed area that is open to the public. Out of concern
for all of our employees, guests and owners, all OUTRIGGER® Resorts & Hotels
properties have been designated as Non-Smoking Accommodations. Persons
who smoke or permit smoking in a Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER®
unit or on the unit’s lanai area will be assessed a Smoke Eradication Fee up to
$450, depending on unit size, at or following check-out.
Medical care is available within the area. In the event of a life-threatening
emergency, dial 9-911.

Please lock your unit, including the sliding glass doors, when leaving even for
short periods and when retiring for the night. Also remember to lock your
rental car doors. For security issues during the hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm,
call the Front Desk at Ext. 204. For after-hour needs, security personnel are on
duty nightly from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am and can be reached by calling Ext. 811
or 9-264-5716. In case of emergency please call 9-911
