Check in procedure
Check in starts at 4 pm. Obtain a parking permit from the resort’s bellman when you arrive. The permit should be visible through your car's windshield. Vehicles without permits may be towed. Studio, 1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom suites allow 1 vehicle per unit. 3 Bedroom suites allow up to 2 vehicles per unit.

Resort Charges
Resort fee is 40 USD. Resort fee is per night, per condo unit, plus taxes and includes: Resort Wide Hi-speed Internet, In-suite Safe, Suite Starter Kit, Complimentary local phone calls and Daily Beach/Pool Towels. The resort fee and inclusions are subject to change without notice.

Cleaning Charge
A mandatory cleaning cost will be added to room charge at check-in. Charge is per stay, per condo unit, tax, varies by category and subject to change.

Damage Protection Charge
A mandatory damage protection charge will be added to room charge at check-in.  Charge is per stay, per condo unit plus tax and is subject to change.

Barbecues
The resort has gas barbecues located around the pools for your convenience. Barbecue use is permitted until 8:00 pm. Charcoal barbecues are not permitted.

Duke’s Beach House
Beachfront dining for breakfast, lunch & dinner with nightly live local entertainment.  Open 7:30 am – 9:00 pm daily.

Energy Conservation
In an effort to conserve electricity, your air conditioning unit will automatically turn off if the lanai door is left open for more than 2 minutes. We request your help to conserve energy by: Turning off your lights and TV before leaving your unit. Close the drapes before leaving your unit. Close the drapes in the afternoon to help keep your unit cool.

Fitness Center
Located in Konea Tower; open daily from 4:00 am – 12 midnight.  Access with the same door code as your suite + # (pound key).

Hoola Spa
Located in the Konea Tower.  Hoola Spa is a full-service spa offering many choices of massage & body treatments.  Open daily from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Call 808-662-2988 for appointments.

Linen
Please do not leave linen outside your unit door in the hallway. Please dial “0” and request housekeeping to pick it up.

Non-Smoking Policy
Hawaii Act 295 prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public. The law also prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes that serve an enclosed or partially enclosed area that is open to the public. Out of concern for all of our employees, guests and owners, all OUTRIGGER® Resorts & Hotels properties have been designated as Non-Smoking Accommodations. Persons who smoke or permit smoking in a Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER® unit or on the unit’s lanai area will be assessed a Smoke Eradication Fee up to $450, depending on unit size, at or following check-out.

Pest control
Hawaii's warm, humid climate attracts pests. To help keep them away, pest control is done regularly.

Pool
The resort’s 3-acre aquatic network of pools, five hot tubs, a waterslide & waterfalls are open from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm, and aquatic pool slide is open daily from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (weather permitting).  Pool/Beach Towels can be picked up from the Aqualani Water Sports Center from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; and after hours from the front desk. Children should not be sent to the pool or beach unattended.

Please do not leave pool/beach towels outside your unit door in the hallway.

Trash
Please do not leave trash outside your unit door in the hallway. Trash chutes are located on your floor across of units ending in "22" or "32". You may also dial "0" and request for trash pickup.
