All guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival; there is no front desk on property. Guests must contact the office within 7 days of making your reservation at kcc@outrigger.com or 808-886-0036 to receive important check-in instructions. Remote office hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm daily

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am
