Air Conditioning: To help preserve your AC, the thermostat has been set at 72 degrees. Please do not turn the unit below 70 degrees if you want it cooler as it will not cool faster but will freeze the condenser and cause damage to the unit. There is a sensor in your sliding glass door that will interrupt AC functions when the door is open.
Check Out: Check out time is 11 a.m. Upon check-out, please ensure you have all your belongings. Housekeeping will take care of cleaning the unit and washing all linens/towels after your departure.
Cribs: For baby cribs and other equipment rental information, please call 808-886-0036 for vendor referrals.
Doctor/medical services/emergencies: 24-hour emergency service is available at Kona Community Hospital, located in Kealakekua. Their telephone number is 808-322-9311. In case of a medical emergency, please dial 911 for immediate assistance.
Front Desk: The Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER front desk staff is available to assist you from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at our office in Waikoloa. For assistance, please call 808-886-0036.
Fitness Center: The fitness center is located in the pool and is open from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Grocery Store: KTA located in the Keauhou Shopping Center is open daily from 7am – 8pm.
Keys: Two (2) pool cards are located in the unit in the basket on the entry table. A fee of $250 will be charged in the event a pool card is lost.
Lanai: Hanging laundry on the lanais is strictly prohibited. No beach towels or the like shall be hung from anywhere on any lanai including the railings on the second floor of any unit, and no dryer racks of any kind shall be used that are visible from the outside of the unit.
Laundry: There is a full-size washer and dryer in your unit.
Lost & Found: Before leaving your unit, please double check your belongings and make sure you have not left anything behind.
Maintenance: For maintenance requests, please contact the front desk at 808-886-0036.
Occupancy: A maximum of four (4) people, including children and infants, are allowed.
Parking: Guests may park in any open stall on property. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit.
Pool and spa: The pool area is open from 6am to 9pm and is located near the entrance of the complex. Please review the pool and spa rules.
Pool Towels: Pool towels have been provided for your use during your stay with us. Please make sure to return all towels to your unit after use. Do not leave them at the pool, as they will not be returned to us. A $30 charge will be assessed to your bill for each towel not returned to your unit by check out
Pest Control: Hawaii has a tropical climate, and pests are common due to the year round warm, humid weather. Pest control service is completed on a regular basis to help minimize the presence of pests.
Quiet Time: In consideration of all our guests, full-time residents and owners, please observe quiet time between 9pm to 8am.
Refrigerator: Your refrigerator has been set to factory specifications. Please do not touch the settings, as this may freeze the unit and cause damage.
Security: Even in paradise there’s no need to offer temptation. Please lock your unit when leaving even for short periods and when retiring for the night. Also remember to lock your rental car doors.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed, in the unit, on unit lanais or anywhere on property.
Trash/Rubbish: All garbage must be enclosed in plastic bags and put into the bins provided. ALL cardboard must be cut down, flattened, and put in the garbage. No waste materials may be left outside the containers.
