Please display the parking pass visibly in your car when parked in the Kuhio Shores parking lot.  Only 1 vehicle per condo is allowed.  Please adhere to the 5 MPH speed limit in the parking lot.

Guest information

Driving directions from Lihue airport:

  • Exit the airport
  • At the 1st stoplight go straight ahead on HWY 570 (Ahukini Road). Take Hwy 570 (-1.1 mil) until intersects with HWY 56 (Kuhio Highway)
  • Turn Left on Hwy 56
  • Stay in the right lane of Hwy 56 as it curves to the right and merges on Hwy 50 (Kaumualii Hwy)
  • Stay on Hwy 50 unit you come up a hill and see the signs for the Koloa/Poipu exit left
  • Left on the Koloa/Poipu exit. (You will immediately go through the beautiful “tunnel of tree”)
  • Continue to Koloa
  • When you get to Koloa, turn right at the “T” intersection and then immediately turn off at the gas station on the corner (to Poipu). Stay on the road to Poipu until you come to the roundabout and turn off onto the road toward Spouting Horn.
  • Stay to the right on Lawai road for the half mile and you will see Prince Kuhio park on your right
  • Kuhio Shores entrance to the parking lot is left as you pass the building

Check-In:

  • Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Early arrival requires prior approval from Hawaii Vacation Condos by OUTRIGGER
  • Your unit is #114 on the first floor
  • Parking is first come, first served

Unit Access:

  • Door Key Code: 0712
  • Enter the code on the front door keypad. When the green light appears, turn the handle and enter the unit
  • The code will be valid for your entire stay

House Rules: A copy of the house rules is provided by Kuhio Shores Association Management and is located in the condo.

Poipu Beach Athletic Club: Club access is complimentary for Kuhio Shore guests.  The club offers a swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center and restaurant.  Pool towels are available from pool attendant.

BBQ Grills: BBQ grills located by the trash corral.

Laundry: Laundry rooms are located on each floor by the elevators.  The hours of operation are 7:30 am to 9:00 pm daily.  No vending machine with packets of laundry products available.  Washer and dryer is $2.50 per load.

Trash: Trash areas containing bins are located through the property.

Noise: Please keep noise down after 9:00 pm.

Non-Smoking Policy: Property Conforms to the State of Hawaii Smoke Free Law, Hawaii Act 295.  Smoking is prohibited anywhere on property.  Persons who smoke or permit smoking in a unit or on the unit’s lanai area will be assessed a Smoke Eradication Fee up to $1,000

Maintenance: Please contact the rental office at 808-742-6411 with any maintenance requests.

Pest Control: Hawaii has a tropical climate, so expect to see a variety of insects.  Should you encounter any problems during your stay, please contact the rental office at 808-742-6411.

All condominiums at Kuhio Shores are individually owned.  All items in this unit are the owner’s personal property, please ensure any items taken out of the unit are returned or a replacement fee will apply.
